Event Details

The connection between sleep and dementia symptoms is fascinating! By improving sleep, we can help our brains function more efficiently and effectively, which can lead to improved cognitive function and a better quality of life for those with dementia. It's truly amazing to see how something as simple as getting a good night's sleep can have such a profound impact on our health and well-being. This is an East End Programmer's Association program hosted by Amagansett Free Library.

Willing Hearts, Helpful Hands is a community service of Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care & Rehabilitation
