Kits include the written recipe and all dry ingredients; patrons provide their own wet ingredients. Only those who are registered will be able to pick up a kit. Kits will be available for pick up beginning at 9 a.m. on March 5th.

Fitness instructor Laurie Short will help you improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance and flexibility during seated and (some) standing exercises. You will use tubing, balls, bands and gliding discs.
