The Library will be open from 9:00am to 1:00pm on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 in observance of Thanksgiving Eve.
Improve your strength, mobility, posture, balance and flexibility during seated (and some) standing exercises. You will use tubing, balls, bands and gliding discs. The class will keep you moving to the music of the 60s, 70s and 80s.&nb
Program registration, special program admission, and program material fees are non-refundable, including where the program does not meet the expectations of the user. If the Library cancels the program, all fees will be refunded in full.
