Let’s slow down, relax, and weave! Studies show that repetitive actions ease anxiety and create a sense of calmness. Work a weaving with yarns of different thicknesses and colors, then decide what you’d like it to be: a mug rug or a stick hanging. You will learn how to make a cardboard loom and keep it for future projects.
