Ricotta gnocchi, also called gnudi, are the cousin to the potato gnocchi, but offer a simpler preparation without compromising on flavor. Join Judy Boshnack as she guides you through making and shaping the ricotta- and parmesan-filled dough using gnocchi boards. Patrons will be able to bring them home to cook or freeze.
