Explore the wonders of the sea through our Mini Sea Shell Mandala program! Join us for a creative journey where you'll use tiny sea shells to design beautiful mandalas.
With guidance from the instructor, patrons will create a beautiful mini sea shell mandala on a 7"x7" frame.
Program registration, special program admission, and program material fees are non-refundable, including where the program does not meet the expectations of the user. If the Library cancels the program, all fees will be refunded in full.
