Event Details

Discover natural ways to feel great during the warm weather.  Topics covered will be choosing safe sunblock and insect repellents, learning ways to stay cool and comfortable, taking care of skin, hair and overall wellness.  Additionally, you will make and take an essential oil cooling and calming lavender spray.
