While at the grocery store, do you ever wonder where the produce is coming from, when it was picked and how far did it have to travel to get to you? Join integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Jessica Milazzo, to learn how to eat more seasonally to ensure your fruits and vegetables have greater nutrition, taste better and are more cost effective. Education will include the fruits/vegetables most readily available by season.
BIO:
Jessica is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach who loves growing food, raising chickens, canning and cooking. She has been gardening for 10 years and currently creating a 5-acre sustainable farm. Jessica's passion lies within educating others on nutrition, becoming more self-sufficient and showing people cooking healthy and nutrient-dense food can be easy and delicious.
